This 12-week (online) program is for anyone currently facing one or more chronic diseases, such as: diabetes, obesity, metabolic syndrome, along with other cardiovascular diseases.  Based on more than 35 years of research, this evidence-based program teaches principles and practices based on the six pillars of Lifestyle Medicine, including: optimal nutrition, movement & exercise, stress-relieving strategies and more.  Join our next group and begin your journey towards true health restoration.

Private Health & Wellbeing Coaching

For those who prefer private coaching, I offer single sessions, along with a 5 or 10-session coaching packages.  At the moment, I am only offering virtual coaching, and I welcome working with clients from around the world.
